Outside ...

The garden at West Park lies on three sides of the house, with the fourth side protected from the village road by a hedge and fence.

The large garden is mostly grassed, and gives you plenty of room for a barbecue (barbecue, utensils, plates, etc., all supplied - as well as sturdy picnic tables) or to play games. There are benches dotted about for you to relax in and, if it's just too hot, seating in the courtyard where you can keep cool.

The large patio by the kitchen, outside the Utility Room, offers a pleasant and private space to enjoy picnic lunches, whilst the younger ones play. There is 'toddler-friendly' fencing (see image below) so that you can watch your little ones play without worrying about them wandering away.

West Park has 0.75 acres of space for you. The space at the rear of the property looks out onto open fields and countryside views. Beyond the bungalow's boundary fence, you may see horses grazing.

Next door neighbours - beyond the boundary fence. The odd carrot is often welcome!
